therefore we are committed to making every effort to protect Customer privacy.
The privacy policy describes how we collect and process personal information when Customers use Hawonkoo's services.

Purpose of collecting Customer information

By agreeing to use Hawonkoo's services, Customers fully agree with the contents we state in this Privacy Policy.

the revised version takes effect from the time of posting.

Information retention period
We store and process Customers' personal information in the Customer data system and protect it with physical and electronic security measures including:
firewalls, data encryption, and procedures applied according to information security law. Up to 02 years from the date of receiving the information.
Hawonkoo implements physical access controls to information, and we only allow access to personal information to those employees who need
it to fulfill their job responsibilities within the Hawonkoo system.

Customer information security
We are committed not to provide Customers' personal information to any third party.
However, we may disclose Customers' personal information in certain cases below:

  • With Customers' consent to disclose the personal information provided.
  • A third party that Customers authorize or allow to request their personal information.
  • In response to legal requests or from a government agency or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with legal requirements or under the law
  • To protect the rights, interests, property, and safety of others.
  • To other third parties with whom we have joint ventures or partnerships to provide services on hawonkoo.com.vn or new services related to Hawonkoo.

In addition to the above cases but not limited to, we will not disclose Customers' personal information to any other third party unless we fully believe that,
this disclosure is necessary to prevent material or financial damage caused by potentially illegal factors.
